Terms and Conditions for One Monitor Go Pte. Ltd.
Welcome to One Monitor Go Pte. Ltd. By accessing or using our services, including CCTV system design and installation, 24/7 remote video monitoring, cloud and on-premise video storage, AI-powered video analytics, preventive maintenance, integration services, PDPA compliance audits, site risk assessment, forensic video retrieval, and temporary event surveillance, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Client" or "User") and One Monitor Go Pte. Ltd. ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), located at 45 Toh Guan Road East, #04-12, Jurong East, West Region, 608579, Singapore. By engaging our services or using our online platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our services.
2. Service Provision
One Monitor Go Pte. Ltd. provides comprehensive security technology solutions, including but not limited to:
- CCTV system design and installation.
- 24/7 remote video monitoring and Security Operations Center (SOC) operations.
- Cloud and on-premise video storage solutions.
- AI-powered video analytics (ANPR, people counting, intrusion detection).
- Preventive maintenance and on-site repairs.
- Integration with building management systems (BMS) and access control.
- PDPA compliance audits for surveillance.
- Site risk assessment and security consultancy.
- Forensic video retrieval and incident reporting.
- Temporary event surveillance and deployment.
Specific terms for each service will be detailed in separate service agreements or proposals.
3. Client Responsibilities
The Client agrees to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information required for service provision.
- Ensure all necessary permissions, licenses, and consents are obtained for the lawful installation and operation of surveillance equipment and monitoring activities, including compliance with privacy regulations such as PDPA.
- Provide a safe working environment for our personnel during on-site services.
- Adhere to all payment schedules and terms as outlined in relevant service agreements.
- Responsible for the security and confidentiality of any access credentials provided for our online platform.
4. Data Privacy and Security
We are committed to protecting the privacy and security of your data. All video feeds and associated data are handled with end-to-end encryption (TLS + SRTP). Our services are designed with WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility compliance in mind, and our online platform ensures dashboard-first UX with role-based access. Clients are solely responsible for ensuring their use of our services, particularly surveillance and data collection, complies with all applicable personal data protection laws, including Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
5. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights related to our services, including but not limited to software, designs, methodologies, algorithms, our online platform, and all content (excluding Client-provided content), are owned by One Monitor Go Pte. Ltd. or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of our services or platform without our express written consent.
6. Payment Terms
Payment terms for all services, including installation, monitoring, maintenance, and consultancy, will be specified in the individual service agreements or invoices. Late payments may be subject to interest charges or suspension of services as outlined in the respective agreements.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, One Monitor Go Pte. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the services; or (c) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services, regardless of the cause, will not exceed the amount you have paid us for the services in the six (6) months preceding the date of the claim.
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms and Conditions. Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease. Any provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute, controversy, difference, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, including the existence, validity, interpretation, performance, breach, or termination thereof or any dispute regarding non-contractual obligations arising out of or relating to it, shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration administered by the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) in accordance with the Arbitration Rules of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre ("SIAC Rules") for the time being in force, which rules are deemed to be incorporated by reference in this clause. The seat of the arbitration shall be Singapore. The Tribunal shall consist of one arbitrator. The language of the arbitration shall be English.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the services.
